Homebuyer Tax Credit Extended!

This doen’t help you if you’re buying a house today, but if you’re one of the few people who had a contract by the end of April and still haven’t closed, you’re in luck!  Congress just passed an extension to the closing deadline for the Homebuyer Tax Credit.  The extention gives home buyers until September 30, 2010 to close on their purchases.
